Introduction
Dear Everyone,
Holy generosity, Batman! This is amazing!!! The amount of support and enthusiasm and love that you all have given warms the cockles of my heart (and the hearts of every member of our team). From friends and family spread out on the planet to strangers with faith in us, I would like to thank everyone for wanting to be a part of our film.
I promise you that we are working our butts off to make it the best film that it can be. We also have something special planned for those people who put their hands into their wallets for us :)
To be honest with you, when we created this account, we didn't know what to expect, so seeing that we hit 100%+ of our target is stupefying!! I was told yesterday that we are one of 3 Artiste Connect projects to actually hit the goal, so this alone is ASTOUNDING. You have helped us with our entire post-production!!
I apologize for the lateness of this letter, since I have been stuck in what I have dubbed as "the editing cave" for the past few weeks.
What has happened is that, on June 19th, approximately 9:13am, we completed the picture lock of the film! From a whopping running time of slightly Terrence Malick-ian proportions, we have whittled down the film to the length that we wanted. Believe you me, it was a painful process, but totally worth it.
Right now, I am writing you another letter because we are moving onto another phase of the film -- RELEASE and DISTRIBUTION.
So we are making more opportunities for you to get involved in supporting the film, because, once again, we need economic reinforcements, at any amount (because WE REALLY NEED IT).
Completing the film in the editing room is one thing, getting it to you, the public, is another. So we have raised the ceiling of our goal in order to accommodate this. I hope you have been seeing our character posters, website, and other promotionals online. All we want is FOR PEOPLE TO SEE THE FILM, so that includes marketing, PR, getting the film to media buyers and press, printing of posters, t-shirts, hard drives galore, etc. etc.
Once again, we need your assistance. You are helping to make our dreams come true.

Project Description
Gibson Bonifacio stopped speaking when he was a child. Now twenty years old, he returns home to Manila from his studies abroad, his first visit in three years. He finds his family trying to keep it together, his mother still hurting from a tragic loss in the past. Against the backdrop of the vibrant local music scene, his childhood best friend tries to reconnect with him, while he unexpectedly finds a chance at a first, real romantic relationship. Amidst the holidays, Gibson reconsiders and redefines his relationships with his family, his friends, and with himself.
